How atom IVR is secure?

atom enables to make payment OVER THE PHONE without revealing critical data about the credit card, as the “customer care executive” does not participate in the process of receiving payment or entering the credit card details while using IVR system (interaction happens between the system & the customer through the activation of the number buttons on the phone – DTMF signals).

As there is absolutely no manual intervention while entering credit card details, it guarantees the users foolproof transactions.

Additional Security for Transaction:

From 1st Feb 2011 – all cards used on IVR need to be secured with an additional layer of authentication as per RBI guidelines.

You need to get a password from the bank that has issued your card before initiating a Payment using your card over IVR.

Please check with your bank the process of generating the password.
