This mobile based solution is connected to the bank or micro-finance institution’s backend via GPRS to enable real time data recording. FOs carry Java MIDP 2.0 enabled handsets and have GPRS connectivity.
m – Collection works through a middleware server and creates a secure messaging channel for loan disbursements and collections. It addresses the process involved in receiving and updating disbursement and repayments of loans to registered members online, using a mobile phone.
