Job Description


Duties & Responsibilities:  
  • To oversee and manage their product on daily basis through data insights, customer studies, competitive comparisons & benchmarking, stakeholder interviews and closely work with tech team to build product strategy and release features.
  • Continuously tracking and monitoring consumers, customers and competition and preparing insights & benchmark reports on the same.
  • Collaborate with Tech Development team to develop a deep understanding of customers, identify gaps in core product functionality and help build right set of features and track adoption for same.
  • Rigorously monitor key performance metrics and coordinate with various teams to take corrective actions if needed.
  • Gather detailed functional requirements and create Business requirement (PRDs) and other documents to support rapid development and effectively manage trade-offs between costs / schedules versus customer benefits.

    MUST Have: 
  • BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science/ Electronics/ Communication from a reputed institute 
  • At least 2 years of experience in online Payment Solutions Domain
  • Understanding requirements, helping to define a product vision and strategy, and working with world-class engineers to execute it.
  • Assume ownership of products including defining scope and developing requirements for new and advanced products as well as upgrades and progressive releases for existing products.
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments including sales, marketing, business management, customer support and engineering teams.
  • Track record of successful collaboration with a product development team or organization.
  • Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fast-moving environment.
  • Strong business management and analysis skills.
  • Should have owned complete product lifecycle from conceptualization to release and roadmap.
  • Help create product vision and strategy, product roadmaps as well as detailed specification of product requirements, workflows and user stories.
  • Work with clients and internally to define platform product requirements and organizational readiness for product rollouts.
  • Should have worked on at least 2 major Product development projects in the PAYMENTS Domain.
