Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all projects and daily operational activities to keep and improve its accuracy and readiness as well as professional reporting embracing internal/external stakeholders
  • Design strategic plans to make Payment Operations efficient and effective based on fact-based business process analysis
  • Execute and deliver the strategic implementation
  • Proficient in the Payment Operation process and ability to implement the market best practice in the company
  • Proficient in handling the complex projects in terms of Quality Management, Cost Management, and Delivery(timeline) management in Payment Operations domain
  • Understanding of fundamental Project Management and Accounting/Financial knowledge to evaluate and control projects
  • Communicate with stakeholders regularly to monitor dynamic project status closely and resolve issues responsively including management level
  • Building team capacity through continuous improvement, eg Process Analysis, Process Enhancement, Internal Training, etc.
  • Capable in conflict management among stakeholders and task delegation to members in a professional manner
Desired Candidate Profile

1. Basic qualifications
  • BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science/ Electronics/ Communication from a reputed institute
  • At least 2 to 4 years of experience in a consulting firm or project management experience in the payment industry
  • Experience in Business Process Reengineering or Process Automation
  • Experience in Project Management tool & methodologies, eg making a WBS(Work Breakdown Structure), quality/cost/delivery/resource/risk management, etc.
  • Proficient in Framework thinking, eg MECE, Pyramid Structure, SWOT, Five Forces, 4P, 7S, and Critical thinking
  • Communication Skill: Good at Logical/Framework thinking in verbal and written communications
  • Soft Skill: Must be a good team player and issue solver and good leader driving a project with ownership

2. Preferred qualifications
  • Project Management Professional or equivalent eg PRINCE2
  • ITIL or equivalent
  • Master of Business Administration
