No. Your Indian Business bank Account details that you would provide while Signing up with Atom will be considered your primary account for settlement and other transactional activities.

TDR or Transaction Discount Rate is the fee paid for every transaction processed using the payment gateway. These rates may differ based on the payment mode used by the customer.

A simple one time set up fee and an annual maintenance cost is levied by Atom to its merchants for constantly updating and enhancing our services and innovations.

No, the cost is exclusive of GST.

Payment & Settlement

Atom offers EMI facility on Credit Cards from 9 major banks through which you can accept payments from your customers. This includes:

No. There is no limit or cap on the number of transactions.

Atom offers you one of the fastest settlements and follows T+2 cycle when it comes to the amount to be credited in the bank account, where T refers to the day of transaction. Please note that the settlements are not processed on bank holidays.

Payments are processed on T+2 basis, where T refers to the day of transaction and fund credit will be done once in a day. Please note that the following is subjected to bank holidays.

Refund & Chargeback

Once you initiate the refund, a confirmation email is sent to your registered email ID. Merchants can also log in to their Merchant admin console to check the status of their refund from https://pgreports.atomtech.in/PaynetzWebMerchant/f_Login.action

Refunds generally take 48 hrs to be processed. Bank usually takes 3-5 business days from the date of refund to reflect the amount in your bank account (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).

Merchant’s name will appear on the statement of a customer’s credit card from where the transaction has originated.

When the merchant requests to initiate a refund, Atom Technologies will process through respective payment schemes-Visa, MasterCard, RuPay etc.

To request paper roll for your POS device, go to https://www.atomtech.in/contact/atom-customer-care , enter your TID number in the column post selecting ‘Request for POS Paper Roll’ and click on submit. Our customer care executive will get in touch with you to resolve your query.

Go to https://www.atomtech.in/contact/atom-customer-care and select ‘EDC Machine related issue’ from the tab. Enter your TID, select the issue you are facing from the drop down and click on submit. Our customer care executive will get in touch with you to resolve your query.

If you require training for your POS device, click on https://www.atomtech.in/contact/atom-customer-care and select ‘Require training’ tab. Enter your TID and click on submit for our customer care executive to get in touch with you to resolve your query.

In case your transaction fails on the POS then please try again and if you are still facing the same issue, then contact our help desk at 1860 233 4959 and Press 2.

If you are facing issues with your POS card swipe machine, then:

  • Check your network operator and SIM card.
  • Check your APN name.

Refunds are generally processed by bank after 48 hrs of the transaction. Bank usually takes 3-5 business days from the date of refund to reflect in your bank account (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). Bill payments are updated within 2 days on the merchant’s website. Your amount will be refunded back to your source account within 48 hours.

Typically, network failures lead to such situations. Contact the merchant and provide your merchant transaction ID and Atom transaction ID (available on Dashboard and your transaction email).

  • Confirm whether the payment processed was successful by checking your transaction confirmation emailer.
  • In case of successful transactions, please contact the customer support team of the merchant and provide your merchant transaction ID along with Atom transaction ID (available on your transaction email).
  • In case of unsuccessful transactions, the amount will be auto refunded within 48 hrs. Kindly check your buyer dashboard to see the status of your refund.

It could be possible that your card is disabled for online e-commerce transactions. Simply, contact your bank and request to activate online transactions on your debit card.

The Debit card which shows “transaction failed" status in following circumstances:

  • Online service not enabled on Card
  • Insufficient Bank Balance
  • Limit Reached
  • Authentication Not Available (cases where VDS is not reachable)
  • Card blocked by inputting wrong password, multiple times
  • Expiry of card
  • Entering Wrong Number
  • Entering wrong or no OTP for validation

The Debit card shows “Auth Error" status under following circumstances:

  • Invalid Brand
  • Invalid Card Number
  • Invalid Expiration Date
  • Invalid Card Verification Code
  • External message system error
  • Invalid Card Name (If there is validation at bank’s end)

The Debit card shows “NOT+CAPTURED " status under the following circumstances:

  • Expired Card
  • Insufficient Funds
  • Transaction Not Permitted to Cardholder
  • Exceeds Withdrawal Amount Limit
  • Restricted Card
  • Bad Track Data
  • Declined by Issuing Bank
  • Blocked by Issuer
  • Suspected fraud, decline / Transactions declined based on Risk Score

If you have not received a mail confirmation and the payment has failed, the amount will be auto refunded to you within 7 to 10 days from the transaction date. If you do not receive the refund in 7 to 10 days, please provide the below details by raising a request and our executive will get back to you at the earliest:

  1. E-mail address
  2. Amount and date of debit
  3. Screenshot of the debit, in case it was a net banking or wallet transaction
  4. UPI reference number if it was a UPI transaction
  5. Last 4 digits of the card used, in case this was a card transaction
  6. Bank reference or Atom Transaction ID

If the funds have been debited from your account and you have not received a ticket confirmation, it is considered as an unsuccessful payment and you will receive the amount in your account within 7-10 working days from the date of transaction. If you do not receive a credit in your account even after 10 working days, kindly create a ticket and provide us with the following details:

  • BUS transaction ID
  • A copy of bank statement from the date of debit, till date.
  • UPI Reference number (if the transaction is via UPI)

Fraud & Dispute

Atom is only a medium to make and accept payments between you and the merchant. In case of a dispute, please get in touch with the merchant directly.

Atom serves as an interlink for payments disbursal between a customer and a merchant and does not intervene when it comes to resolving a pending dispute. Please get in touch with your merchant directly, for the same.

Atom lets you earn a generous one-time commission and a recurring income simply for offering its products and solutions to your client base. This is referred to as Atom reseller program.

Atom’s Reseller program is open to Everyone. Whether you are an Individual, Freelancer or an Organization, you can refer Atom’s solutions and make decent earnings out of it.
